The Trium Leadership Institute, founded on neuroscience, systems theory, and advanced behavioral change, assists leaders in developing self-mastery. The goal is to accelerate the leader’s ability to move out of “reactive mode” and operate more consistently from a creative, empowered place. By identifying and shifting mindsets, leaders can achieve extraordinary results.
Our transformational leadership development programs help leaders experience and sustain change for the long haul. We do this by mixing highly stimulating, interactive cohort-based sessions led by expert facilitators (virtually or in-person) that appeal to different learning styles. Trium’s master coaches reinforce new practices through real-world application in-between sessions. Self-reflection is also a hallmark of our programs.
